In pregnancy can i take half tablet of Alp 0.5 mg? Is it safe to take sleeping pill in first trimester? I cant go to the dr please help m out, mjhy neend ni ati or ajeeb depression ha family rawaiye ka including husband and mother in law. Please answer my query.

-it woukd be better to avoid any sleeping pills sedatives or analgesics regularly as can give side effects to baby.
-have recreational activities, do have music, walk, outings to have better feel.
-avoid stress
Don’t take any sleeping pill during ist trimester , think about ur baby , if u take navidoxine or motillium or gravitate for early trimester nausea and vomiting , it has sedating effect also , u can sleep well after that
