Talk to Gynecologist on Sleeping On Right Side
Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Multan
I am 19 weeks pregnant with twins. And i am used to sleep on my right side. Is it really dangerous for my babies as i am told to sleep on left side

- during advanced / twin pregnancy sleeping staright is not advice able but its better to change positions in left lateral or right lateral at 45 degrees to feel comfort .
- have regular antenatal visits and scans,balanced diet .
