I have noticed small brown coloured lumps on my right breast... It does not feel like it's too deep... I've had these lumps before but they vanish themselves... This time there are 4-5 brown lumps that have come up... My right hand has also been paining... Should I be worried? If yes who should I consult a gynaecologist or an oncologist?
