Asking For Sister, Female 20, peshawar
Assalamualikum Dear doctor's. My sister is unmarried and 20 years old. Recently ultrasound revealed that UTERUS CONTAINS MULTIPLE WELL AND ILL HYPO AND ISOECHOIC SOLID LESIONS INTRAMURAL AT EXTERIOR AND POSTERIOR WALLS, LARGEST ONE AT ANTERIOR WALL 35X27mm AND POSTERIOR WALL 21X24mm, ENDOMETRIAL CAVITY IS NOT DISTORTED AND MEASURES 8mm. Now please tell me is there any way of medicinal treatment of Fibroids, and not surgery. Please help so that i book an appointment. Thank you

Thanks there is no medical treatment for fibroid these fibroid sare small nd if not causing any problem leave them as such nd need to have repeated us to see size of fibroid nd try to get married

There's no symptoms except bldg.. But is there a way or treatment to stop the further growth Fibroids?

There are medications to shrink but with side effect nd to be given prior to surgical treatment

no need of surgery when shes asymptomatic-even if she develops heavily bldg periods then medical treatment is the first option-let her gt married-complete her family-then v hv ample time to do surgical intervantions fr wch options r many including non invasive ones...

Thanks for your prompt response,yeah there's no symptoms except bldg.. But i want to know that is there any treatment which stop the further growth of Fibroids,here doctors prescribed a treatment but i want some good steps because i don't want any serious issues as my sister is still unmarried.

Well, here Gynecologist prescribe some treatment i think Tranexamic acid,Normens and some other kind of tablets etc.
