Hii doctor. From yesterday i have smell in urine and little bit small particles are there.. What could be the reason of ths? My periods are due tomorrow so it is the reason of smelly urine??

- u could have vaginal or Urine infection .
- have urinalysis,urine culture and high vaginal swab .
- strict local hygeine .
- have condoms to avoid transmission of sexually transmitted infection .
- have soft comfortable Undergarments.
- use water for cleaning and razor to remove unwanted hairs .
- avoid creams and cosmetics locally .
- have plenty of water and crainberry juice.
- After collection of labs have tab doxycycline 100 mgs 12 hrly and tab metronidazole 400 mgs 8 hrly for 14 days .
- collect labs and discuss here .
- have complete treatment of any health issue u have .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .

Have Urinalysis,urine culture.
Take precautions as I advised above .
Do complete course of oral antibiotics .
Overtreatment can destroy Normal flora of vagina and disturb balanced pH as well that Makes vagina more easily prone to infection so have precautions for long term .
Try to avoid medications Recurrently.
