Talk to Gynecologist on Sore Brest Before Periods
Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Samnabad pakki thathi ranjha road street no 3 house no 2 jutt colony samanabad
Aoa dr. I used to have pain in both of brests 1 week before periods and after having periods the pain will gone but during pain in brest i feel too much hot and couldn't bear the painful brest all the time. This makes me feel lazy plz help

- Dear if pain is cyclic Always then it's due hormones .
- in case of regular unbearable pain at one specific side of breast or one breast with it with out discharge or inversion of nipples or with body temperature or weight loss need detailed Evaluation with Breast Specialist ( mamogram ,local examination ,test of discharge ,serum prolectin Need to be done ) .
- But cyclic breast pain before periods can be treated by hot foamentation ,warm baths with olive oil massage and if needed can have tab Ponstan 500 mgs as per need or maximum with interval of 8 hrly 2-3 days .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi better have daily walk to avoid laziness .
- have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
