Talk to Gynecologist on Spotting

Im married for 7 last 2 years im having an issue when ever in intimate wd mt husband i have a vaginal tearing and its very painful , i have visited 10 drs they all give me course to doo and then it happens again.. i started using lubricants which helped but even after that have a slight swellimg at the opening of vagina. last week i did another antibiotic course for fungal infection . And 2 months back i delivered my baby via c section.. yesterday i had intercourse and after that the same happened along with some bleeding and spotting.. what could be the reason.. kindly help im fedup of my issuee and getting intooo extreme depression.. plz helppp
