Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Lahore
Today my wife noticed 2spots of discharge colored like we see at starting of periods. Its her 13week of pregnancy . Kindly guide its need to.worry or not
what about her previous history and any scan report ,any complaint of pain ask her to get her scan bed rest and need to start tab duphaston 10 mg twice a day but better to get consulted by gynecologist

- Dear it would be better if u would Mention here Detailed Gynae ,obs ,medical and drug history .
- At 13 wks placenta is in very Early in Developing stage so if covering lower segment of uterus can bleed or if it's with pain could be threatened Miscarriage.
- avoid over Exersion ,weight ,stairs ,stressor any things that can be cause of bleeding .
- better have Examination by your treating Obstetrician for better evaluation .
- Can have tab duphaston 10 mgs twice daily and rest .
- Complete regular treatment of any chronic issue needed like diabetes ( higher blood suger levels speed up Miscarriage) .

Please get an ultrasound and consult your gynaecologist. Meanwhile bed rest is advised.
Get an Usg done to see th baby is fine and for any sub chorionic separation , she need to take harmonies , tablets and injections to support her pregnancy if Usg is fine , but if Usg is fine , no need to worry , just the support as will be prescribed by gynaecologist
