I'm 2 months pregnant. I'm having spotting from 3 days with back pain and lower abdomen pain. now i have to use pad bcz spotting is increasing into bleeding. I don't have any sever pain. but it's spotting that is confusing me.

i had ultrasound on this monday. it shows 6 weeks but I'm 8 weeks pregnant. and heart is beating. but I've cramps and back pain and pressure in uterus and heaviness in uterus.

There is threat to pregnancy. Normally if baby ok it continues. You can take tablet folic acid one daily. Tablet Duphaston (10 mg )one morning one evening. Thanks
