Talk to Gynecologist on Spotting - Periods

Hello, I have frequent spotting around 2-4 days after the end of my period (nearly every month). Ive had anemia two times and been taking supplements to get it back in the good levels. This month, two days after my period, im having heavy bleeding (somewhat like the usual 5th day amount) and I would like to know if it’s normal or if I should book a consultation with a gynecologist to follow up with my periods.
