Asking For Self, Female, 39 Years old, Karachi

Unmarried with regular period cycles. Average cycle days of 26-27 days. Last month in Ramadan it went to 31 days. This month spotting started in 17 days. But there is no regular bleeding. Very light / negligible spotting from last 2 days. Is it something to worry about or see the doctor? Is this menstural bleeding? Currently taking multivitamins and isotretonian for skin acne only. No extensive exercise routine started as such. Weight is 57 kg. Please advise.

Never had any PCOS symptoms or pelvic pain issues. It has been a regular flow till last month. Never had any menstural complaint. No other health condition. I maintain healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
