Spotting Throughout The Month

Salam
I am married since last 2yrs. Age 32. Can\'t conceived yet. Lmp 31st Aug. after my period\'s I felt cramping through out this month. And after intercouse there is spotting. My Dr done pap test it was negtv. Tody I again spotted. Is it period again or something else? Should I sex tonight?
