Talk to Gynecologist on Spotting Twin Pregnancy

Its my 26 week of pregnancy with twins. Yesterday morning I found red spotting on tissue paper. Rushed to AKU hospital and doctor checked babies heartbeat ok. During internal checkup doctor told me I have some meat bump at end of cervix and upon touching it bleeds and not a cause of concern for babies. I didn't have intercourse since 6 months. Doctor said that you many experience spotting so don't worry.
Now today I am again having light spotting. I am really confused and upset. Please tell me what should I do. Should I ignore it or what
