Talk to Gynecologist on Spotting/veginal Bleeding In Early Pregnancy (4-6 Weeks)

my found veginal bleeding (not alot but spotting) when she was testing for pregnancy test. We went to urgent care and the doctor did all the tests and find everything is normal and suppose to be normal but she told us no intercourse untill the bleeding stops.
Yet the spotting continued for last 7 to 10 days, So I am just worried wheather its normal? or what should we do to prevent it??
