Stage 1 Fatty Liver And Periods Irregularity

Question

I have diagnosed with stage 1 fatty liver 2 months ago .. Dr said I\'m chubby so its normal. Also I have irregular periods (delayed). I try to lose weight but can\'t .. Sometimes I feel slight pain in upper right side of the abdomen. What should I do?

No sign of PCOS in US.

Fatty liver is associated with ageing especially with those who are overweight but can happen with high fat diet also. Try to lose weight and avoid fatty foods. Consult gastroenterologist if any concerns
