Aoa.. i want to ask, my age is 22 unmarried, me pichle 2 or 3 months se ye problem face kr rahi hn.. I'm not having periods proper but stain again and again.. even during a month almost har 1 hafte k bd mjhe stain ho rhe.. it's not a blood .. its darker .. Is se phle b ese hi problem howa tha.. mera ultrasound b kia tha doctr ne r tb unhn ne just mjhe medicine likh k di thy .. jo month circle wali hti.. tb ye sort out ho gai thy .. But ab again mjhe wahi problem ho raha . What i should do for it.. I'm avoiding the things jo garam hti hain like dates etc ..
