AoA...i have my last periods on 8th march...i did strip test today that was positive i feel cramps sometimes in lower around my belly when i do some work in standing this normal or something serious? I also feel in my let me know because its my first pregnancy and due to current situation i can't go for checkup. Below i have attached pic of my strip test.

its perfectly normal just take healthy diet fruit veggies snd do eat meat too increase fluid intake start tab adfolic once a day if cramps are bothering then do start tab duphstan two times a day and as soon situation gets better havr your scan done
chekup is necessary now dont delay it apka ultrasound must hona chahiye

start tab folic acid 400 mcg daily.
if pain persist or increases in severity,you need to visit obstetrician.
you can have cyclogest pessary 400 mg per rectally at night.
take proper rest,healthy diet and stay well hydrated
