Salam respected Dr! I am married for one year. About a week ago my baby's heartbeat stopped at 38 week due to 3 loops of cord around his neck. Baby was delivered normal. I want to ask when can I now try to concieve again. And will Stillbirth can cause any problem in future to conceive. Please reply.
It's sad to hear that. My condolences with you. Dear take supplements and 3 mnths rest atleast. I knw its hard time. But u have to build up your body stores for next pregnancy
at least after 3 months
Tan Folic acid once daily
Tab Ferrous sulfate twice daily
Tab Osnate D once daily

wait for 3 to 4 months to restore your body stores..

I think you should wait for an year before conceiving again.
If there was no anomaly ( defect ) in the baby apart from having loops of cord around the neck, this is not a recurrent cause.
But you must start seeing a competent Gynaecologist after nine months so that other isk factors could be identified and you end up having a healthy baby next time.

May Allah give you sabar. Start taking tab folic acid. Wait for 3 months . And consult a good gynaecologist to know any other reason of still birth apart from 3 loops of cord round neck. It may be one of the reasons. After exclusion of other reasons . Wait for 3 months while keep taking folic acid and try to conceive.
