Stitches Pain And Swelling

Question

I had my csec on 1st Jan 2020. had a very smooth pregnancy with no complications. There was no problem after the csec. 
now after three months I am having pain in my stitches area and feel a little swelling. also I had some bleeding twice after intercourse. (Bleeding has never occurred in IC before) 
I had periods too this month.

Have you lifted any heavy weight?? Pain and swelling may be due to lifting something heavy or it may be due to some infection. Do you have any urinary complaints? Like burning or pain?? Any sort of discharge?? From the history it looks like urinary and/or pelvic infection. You need proper evaluation and treatment accordingly. For further information please book an appointment. any pain or tenderness around the stich line?
any complain of vaginal discharge ,fever or urinary symptoms?.
bleeding can be due to local cause.
it's better if you visit opd for examination
