Talk to Gynecologist on Stomach Pain In 12 Weeks Pregnancy

Assalam o Alaikum,
she is 32 and has history of two miscarriages
my wife is 12 weeks pregnant now mashaAllah. She is having Duphastan, Ascard, Adfolic and gets Gravibinan injection weekly.
she is having mild pain in stomach ( whole abdomen ). she just had a nospa and Ispaghol.
is it alarming? shall we go to Dr. in emergency ?
is it safe in pregnancy ? can she have it ?

mashaaAllah , when was her last ultrasound if not recently get it done and see her doctor may be gastric reflex or heart burn need medication for it. or constipation.
Better to take paracetamol for pain relief first. If it is in stomach particularly modify your diet and take softer diet. Increase hydration and take more fluids. Keep in touch with a Gynecologist

most probably its APD(heart burn) if you haven't had recent checkup, consult obstetrician
