Talk to Gynecologist on Strong Early Pregnancy Symptoms

Salam respected doctors. I recently got married. Been 3 months. My age is 22 and I am trying to conceive. In April during ramzan I felt so many early pregnancy symptoms like headache, bodyache, dizziness, tingling pain in legs, severe weakness and nausea. Had intercourse a day before my expected dates of periods. And got my periods the very next day in the morning. Now I usually bleed too much on 1st day but that time I just had spotting and didn’t even feel the need of changing my pad. And the second day I had heavy bleeding. Now I have this gut feeling that something went wrong when we had the intercourse as it was deep penetration. Can that be a reason? Did the pregnancy actually happen?
