Asking for Someone Else, Mother, Female, 60 years old, Karachi
Aoa, my mother had sudden bleeding today morning, she’s reached menopause and it’s almost 16-17, her exact age is unknown hence Ive mentioned the time regarding her menopause. Now this sudden bleeding has got us very worried. We visited a gynaecologist and also got her ultrasound done. This is what the report indicates, Her dr has advised to get a biopsy and given her tranxamin tablets for now. . I need opinions from other senior drs here what is the treatment of this? Is this serious and curable with medicines or will it be operated?
treatment depends upon biopsy report.get done then treatment will B decided accordingly

We went to another gynaecologist who got ultrasound done again from a well known lab. That too indicates endometrial wall lining is thick and she’s recommended uterus removal. Can this be fixed without operating as my mom is extremely weak and also is laser removal an option?
