Talk to Gynecologist on Suggestion About Garvibian 2ml Injection

My concern is that i am 16 weeks pregnant now .before this i lived in ksa .where doctor start folic acid , duphaston tablet twice a day and asprin 100mg in 5 week of pregnancy. but in 6 weeks i feel brownish discharge. Doctor stop my asprin and said take progesterone injection twice a week . and said take this injection till 16 week .my brownish discharge stop in 9 week . after this i came pakistan suddenly here doctor said take garvibian 2ml injection in a week till 14 weeks. i take garvibian 2ml till 14 weeks after this stop .but now in 16 week i feel lower abdomen pressure and feel something in vagina like tightening and sudden relax . my cervical length is 32mm at usg ultrasound in 16 weeks .but i feel these slight pressure and contractions after stop the injection .My question is that can i take this injection now and can i continue till 9th month of pregnancy for the protection because i had one abortion history due to growth restriction before 3 years ago. now i concive after 3
