Hi my friend had c section 4 months ago in her 24 weeks of preg due to pre eclampsia baby expire afyer 2 day. Now she is very depress want another long she should wait ? She can try after 6 to 8 months of c section ? Dr advice 18 months minimum but she is very disturb want to conceibe as soom as posdible?

better to wait untill 18 months, its good for both mother and upcoming child. but of she is under severe depression she can go for it after atleast 12 month !
Your friend had a hysterotomy, not a cesarean section.
She should wait for atleast 2 years. Otherwise she will have increased risk
of eclampsia and may have scar dehiscence.
