Asalam-o-alikum dear doctors I need to ask good prenatal vitamins I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant it's my 3rd pregnancy history of misscarriage , preterm labor , hypothyroid pateint ,2nd was chemical pregnancy I'm taking gravibinan injection every week progefikk 3x duphaston 2x , folic acid and thyroxine 100 I've low laying placenta and complete bed rest and my body aches so much and also I feel pressure down there so on strict bed rest

please suggest good prenatal vitamins
