During infertility evaluation, my ultrasound report says i have suggestive polycystic ovaries. My doctor did'nt give me any medicine and asked my husband to have semen analysis. Should I consult to my doctor to give me medicines? I have regular cycle and normal flow.
Semen analysis is part of infertility treatment so it must b done first...but pcos is also a cause of infertility so u should consultant ur gynaecologist

,- better to send here or discuss locally with fertility Consultant ultrasound report and all blood tests ( day 2 of periods all blood sex hormones ) .
- Complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- balanced diet ,weight and Bmi needed.
- Daily walk. yoga and Exercise .
- have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
- have semen analysis for husband and discuss all tests which u did already .
- folic acid need to take daily 5 mgs .
- use fertile period of cycle .
- if have normal blood tests ,regular periods,normal weight and Bmi then need Hysterosalpingography for tubal patency .

Thanks for detailed answer. Yes i have my tests done for hormones like fsh, lh, prolactin and tsh. My doctor said they all are within range. Thank you for your guidance doctor.
