Dear Doctors, I and my husband have been trying to concieve for 2.5 years now -- I have been tested for glucose,insulin,Prolactin ,tsh,vitamin d all are normal. - - my husband has been tested for semen D/r his report is normal too. -- I have a 4 year old daughter,trying for second kid -- my ultrasound shows no cyst and have regular cycle if 34 days.dr advised me lezra for 4 cycles and myoinositol,dchiro inositol, folic acid supplement. I took this supplement for 3 months but didn't concieve, I had mature follicile as per 12 th day ultrasound 24 by 18 mm the largest. -- she has now advised me to stop lezra and above supplement and has prescribed me proceed women until I concieve. -- proceed women is v expensive so I need to get second opinion will it help in my case ,also if any doctor can advise me alternate supplement of proceed women( as it's v expensive) .my gynae is out of town so asking here.
PS: please note that I am not overweight, follow balanced diet,walk daily.. no

- dear proceed woman is nothing but food supplement but it's Uk origin so u are having it in same imported price if searching for original .
- have food to have better development of eggs ,improves fertility like eggs ,fish ,dry fruits ,nuts ,beans ,Vit E fruit and vegetables,carnitine etc .u can search supplements In Pakistan with your convenience nearest pharmcy with in your range.
but have over all better physical ,emotional well being as couple.have recreational activities together ,request partner to quit smoking if taking and try to have complete treatment if any health issue he has .
- have sex in fertile period of Cycle and keep in rest in bed for hours.
- all above supplements as u described along with food I mentioned will be help full over intake in form if supplements not too beneficial if it's more then requirements.

Have hysterosalpingogram Hsg for tubal patency .
it's good you are having a healthy routine .you can have simple multivitamin for conception and it's also important whether last conception was spontaneous

you can wait for next three to six months to see the effect of previous drugs as well a d then can have a check up.usually effect of these drugs last for next cycle as well

U can take ivf c 5000 iu iM stat and post injection instructions must have been given by ur gynaecologist
