I should be 8 wks as per LMP, but ultrasound shows an aprox 6 wk sac with no fetal pole or yolk sac yet. The gyanae are doubtful about its viability but have decided to wait for 2 wks. Some of them term it as a psuedo sac and few think if it as a true gestational sac. Secondly I also had a laprotomy done day before yesterday becuase apart from this intrauterine sac there was one similar sac like structure od the similar size in my right falopean tube. They had the tube removed and have sent it for histopathology. Has anyone been through such a sutuation and did the intrauterine sac grow to a successfull baby? What if it ends in miscarriage? What are my odds of concieving again with one tube? Both my ovaries are healthy

It is Blighted ovum no need to wt
ni need to wait
Very sorry about your loss.Do u have children before this pregnancy. The sonogram showing a sac in the uterus is not a normal gestational sac.The presence of a pseudo sac rather than true gestational sac means that the pregnancy is likely else where or ectopic.pseudosac occurs in about 10 percent of ectopic pregnancy.About your second question that what are your chances of conceiving again.?you can deliver a healthy full term baby after one ectopic pregnancy but there are many issues at play that it is impossible to give one answer .it depends why your ectopic pregnancy happened and how it was resolved and your history of infertility and other risk factor for ectopic pregnancy

important thing is tht u were saved frm a disaster...now heterotopic pregnancy occurs...and the intrauterine babies are delivered wn the ectopic one is removed...but yes now the whole further management depends on whether the intrauterine sac has a viable baby or is it a pseudo sac...successful pregnancies have occurred wth a single tube...but of course u shud b ensuring tht ur gynaecologist is reachable all the time and u ll follow wt she tells u...relax as Allah plans rich better than wt v think...
