Talk to Gynecologist on Swelling In Foot And In Hand Fingers

salam I am 36 +4 week pregnant and I am now having extreme swelling in my foot and sometimes in my hand fingers also. the swelling was always there since 5th month of pregnancy but it is getting worse now

I am unable to walk that's why I am concerned as I have to at least walk 30 minutes for easy delievery

I a below below my foot and also put my feets in hot water with salt but no results what should I do? how should I walk with this much swelling
