hi i am 4 weeks postpartum.. my toddler accidentally kicked on my lower abdomen.. it is hurting since then. also i fells like swelling on stitch area.. my outer stitches are almost healed . but feels stiffness and pain in that area.. i took pain killer (synflex) . us se drd km hy ab.. should i be concerned?
