Talk to Gynecologist on Swelling On Feet And Hands

Salam im having swelling on my feet and hands after waking up in the morning cant even wear shoes bcz of that after sometime it gets fine! Im in my postpartum so nights are also restless with baby! Currently im taking fenoget200mg n lipiget ez 10mg+10mg at night For high cholesterol n triglycerides! Also had gestational diabetes but after delivery it get back to fine! What could be the reason for this swelling??
