Talk to Gynecologist on Swolen Perineum With A Little Portion Of Anus

i got swollen perineum with the small portion of anus, difficulty in sitting and pain discharge also but its infection free as color and ordor does not seem to show any infection but it is less in quantity and continuous so feel little itching on and off plus slight internal rash last month two stones passed through urine at that time i got vaginal infection but later i got physical external examination it was alright and this swelling also disappear and reappear within days kindly guide what it is why it happens on and off
