Talk to Gynecologist on Swollen And Heated Feet -pregnancy

Im first time pregnant and Almost 36 weeks. I live in Australia and its summer here. My feet have started to become swollen and SUPER HOT. Sometimes I feel like my feet are on fire. I developed hypothyroidism in pregnancy- normal blood pressure and no Diabetes. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to get some relief?

keep 2 pillows under feet while asleep. dont stand long if so.. check your TSH level should be at or below 2
