I m ine time mother and have varicose veins ,sciatica problem and previously developed clots in my leg . Currently 5weeks preg and my doctor prescribed one loprin tab a day , is it ok to take . Kindly confirm

should take it as you had of Deep Venous Thrombosis last time. Along with it consider taking Inj Clexane after discussion with your doctor.

Loprin is NOT safe in pregnancy.
Being a vascular surgeon, i deal with deep vein thrombosis(clots in yr legs) and varicose veins etc.
If you had clots in yr deep veins in past. You need to be assessed properly and if needed then other meds needs to be prescribed. But Loprin is not safe.
Get properly assessed.
