Talk to Gynecologist on Taking Medication For Conceiving

as after stop feeding my first baby who is 3.5 years now my periods become long like after 7 day I had brown discharge for 5,6 days then i got to doctor she said u r completely fine then I start taking medicine for conceiving but no progress now I m having issue that after periods ends for 7 day o have brown discharge for 3 days means on 10 day I m taking bath and at night we do intercourse after 1 day gap we again do but this time when I get I feel little bleeding in my pee then nothing for wholeday I m having white discharge and again at night I feel dark brown clot also cramps in it what does it mean? kindly guide me I have to go doctor but becoz of job I will go at weekend thanks
