Talk to Gynecologist on Terminate The Pregnancy

My sister has just delivered a baby 4 months ago, she had intercourse just in the month of Feb but she forgot to take any contraceptives and she didn'thad her periods till now even after delivery. Now she is feeling nausea, and heart burn during this week but no other signs and symptoms like tender breast or vaginal discharge etc. She took the test at home and it came positive, but she isn't willing to continue it as she isn't physically and mentally prepared for it. As its an early pregnancy of just 5-6 days is it possible that she can terminate it with help of medicines? Please guide us
