Talk to Gynecologist on Thick Vaginal Discharge With Back And Pelvic Pain

in July I had taken Ecp tablet after 5 or 6 days later I got my periods till now I have so much back and pelvic pain and thick vaginal discharge I have visited Dr she told me that u have and infection for which she gave me antibiotics and other medicine I am very worried about my health kindly help me is this is a cause of concern
