Asalamoalykum dr i want to ask some question regarding my history of pregnancy meri shadi ko 3 sal hogae hai allhumdolillah main nay apni forst preg after 6 months conceive kia but wo no heart beat ki waja se d&c hogae phir us k bad mujhay 6 month lagay dobara concieve k liye this tym allhumdolillah sab kuch acha gaya but my rubella was eqv 7 uski vaccine na hopae bcx of preg mujhay 40 weeks main induce kia gaya i delivered a baby boy but usko heart ka issue tha uski artries switch thy he was tha patient of tga uski 15 days main surgery hui but he lost his life...i lost my baby main buhat trauma se guzri main nay 3months bad phir ik dr ko dekhaya bcx my periods was missed jo kabhy nhn huye then dr suggest me thyroid test r phir wo b positive aya tsh 12...uski med main lay rahy i controlled my weight too my insulin was in border line dr gave me neodipar...its been almost 7months i want to conceive again but i cant please suggest me any good dr plzz aur guide me something

You need to take your thyroxine regularly, control your blood sugar and avail your Fertile days. Inshallah everything will be fine.

-Dear first Conception have complete treatment of any health issue u have like thyroid, diabetes and other health issues.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-daily walk yoga and exercise.
-have good recreational activities and avoid recreational drugs like coccaine, tobacco etc.
-have strict Control over suger and thyriod levels and avoid excess salt, suger, oil and spice in Diet.
-have folic acid daily.
-as soon as u gets pregnancy test positive better to consult senior obstetrician to deal in Antenatal period.
-have sex in fertile period of cycle.
-better to consult with endocrinologist for thyroid.
