Talk to Gynecologist on Thyroid In Pregnancy

I have a history of miscarriage of twins in 8th week 5 months back har tsh level 0.26 but t3 and t4 were normal. I have conceived again Alhamdulillah. I did my pregnancy test at 20th. Went to doctor at 21st and started my medicines. She advised me some tests which included tsh. I did tsh test on 23rd which was abit low so my doc advised me t3 and t4. I dis my t3 t4 and also tsh again on 27th. But my tsh came normal in those reports. The difference in hoth values is too much. Also i have not taken any medicine for thyroid. Is this possible or are the reports wrong?
