Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Lahore
My doctor has asked me to take decision if I want immediate c section or want to wait.steriod cover is complete. What should be my stance as I am confused? It's my third pregnancy.1st IUD at 29 weeks due to oligohydramnios and IUGR. And 2nd missed miscarriage. Married for 3 yrs. Non diabetic,non hypertensive.

You can wait for one week with close fetal surveillance. Repeat doppler after a week,daily CTG and keep an eye on fetal movements.

Liquor is in lower normal range since 29 weeks.
I almost get daily IV fluids otherwise it goes below normal.
I am facing reduced fetal movements for last one week.
CTGs are fine.

SD ratio is raised...and period of geststion is beyond 32 weeks...IUGR is also mentioned...first twin is also breech...i think u shud go for CS keeping in view first IUD...but make sure ur hospital has NICU...hopefully things ll b better than expected...

amniotic fluid is also on low range...my mx fr u ll b the same as ur attending OBG...
No need for emergency lscs according to report. Needs close monitoring.

Madam I experience decreased fetal movements as compared to they used to be 2 weeks ago.
Movements get better after IV fluids or a meal.but for a brief period.
