400 mcg is recommended dose for folic acid daily but mistakenly I have taken 5ml for 6 consecutive days.After how many days,should I take 5ml folic acid? Or I need to take 400 mcg daily. I want to conceive
take 400mg as in special cases we prescribe 5mg follic acid.
