Take rest start Duphaston tablet 10 mg daily fir 8 weeks also Buscopan tablet one daily for two or three days take plenty of fluids and rest no exercise no stairs climbing
take plenty of fluids..and get yours urine routine examination report..and show the result..
Please get an obs scan, Urine complete examination and CBC as well.
As the pregnant uterus grows , it makes place for itself, so pain abdomen is common.
As already advised urine infection must be ruled out.
Plenty of fluids sgould be taken as well.
