Talk to Gynecologist on Travelling Early In Pregnancy

I am almost 10 weeks pregnant, Alhamdolillah. At 6 weeks there was no detectable heartbeat but at 8 weeks both the heartbeat was detected and growth of fetus was normal as well. my doctor said there is no other issue with my pregnancy either and that I can travel by road. I just want to confirm if it is safe to travel this early on in pregnancy.
