Talk to Gynecologist on Triglyceride Levels And Mensturation Cycle.

In my recent lipid profile test the findings are as follows. Cholesterol is 224, HDL is 32, LDL is 94, Triglycerides 577 and VLDL is 98. My height is 5`2"and weight is 78 kg. Plus for last 2 years I have a problem of irregular mensturation cycle sometimes for 15-20 days and usually 5-6 days duration. Last year with heavy but now normal bleeding. Facing frequent headaches and neck pain usually once a week. Please suggest me what to do. Thank you.
