Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Conceive 1

Salam . I am almost 32, got married in oct 2021 , didnt want to conceive initially,we usually used condoms ,no hormonal pills , but we have been trying to conceive from this November , so it has been 2 months trying ,I am panicking bcz of the age now next month I will be 32 and I have age matters a lot in getting pregnant . I wanted to ask should I start taking clomid or not yet? My cycle is usually 25,26 days ,but after trying my days got late for 3 days and I had a pelvic ultrasound on the 9-10th day of periods my dominant follicle was 10mm it didn’t increase .in march I had a tvs in on 10th day of cycle my dominent follicle was 18mm . All of the hormones are fine but only prolactin was 30 in last week of November , I started brotin,I didn’t propactintest 3days before and it’s 6.6 now .give me any suggestion please and does clomid has any side effects?

My BMI is 23.4, I don’t have a recent tvs report but I did one in march 2022 so I will share that , I had a d&C 3years ago . I have gained 5 kgs in a year (that’s bcz my in-laws eats alot and compels me to eat to .

Re edited .my BMI IS 23.4, I don’t have a recent TVS report but I did one in April so I will share that , I didn’t had any pelvic surgery but I went through D&C almost 3,4years ago .I gained 4,5kgs in a years ,due to bad eating habits as my in laws eat alot and forced me too but I am trying to loose now .attaching tvs report
