Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Conceive

hi, My sister is trying to conceive. she has an issue of prolonged periods that sometimes exceed 7 days like for up to 10 or 12 days. This month, she had to go for umrah which is why she took primolut n to delay her periods. Her progesterone level is too low which is why her dr prescribed her with clomid. She started having spotting yesterday. She thought that it's her periods so, took one dose of clomid today morning. she still has spotting no proper bleeding. should she continue taking it or should stop and wait for proper bleeding?
