Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Conceive After Chemical Pragnancy

I got married around 4.5 months ago (25 dec 2020). Before marriage, my menstrual cycle was of 28 days fixed. But it is varying after marriage between 30-34 days. I got chemical pregnancy during my 2nd cycle after marriage and Dr suggested me Duphaston and i got periods on 32nd day of that cycle.
But after that my next two cycles were of just 15 days. As per doctor prescription, in the next cycle I started taken Duphaston from 10th days of cycle till 20th day. But couldn't concieve this time too. Now my next period cycle has started after 33 days.
I need suggestions on what should be done to plan pregnancy again?
better to get through certain blood investigations and an ultrasound and after that go for a detailed check up
I think you should go for ovulation induction if not taken previously. Please share with us the semen analysis report.

Drugs are prescribed for 5 days from the second day of the cycle which lead to production of an egg.

today is 5th day and my periods are not normal, just clotted blood with no flow and clotted blood was just on first day now just spotting. What can be the reason for this type of periods? I did not get answer about this yet. I did Urine Pragnancy test and it came negative on 3rd day of spotting.
