Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Conceive But No Pregnanc

Salam I am married for 1 year. One of gynecologist said that i have mild pcos (a few years ago) when i went to her for facial hair and missed periods (2-3onlu every year). I got some treatment with that i lost weight and for a year periods were on time. But after marriage same weight gain and missing periods. My endometrium thickness is also normal or less even after missing periods. All scan show small egg size but no cysts. My FSH is 10 LH is 20 And AMH is 2.2 (on unknown period date because i don't get one) progesterone is less than 0.05. My height is 5.2 and weight is 70. My husband's reports are attached. We were unable to conceive in this year as doctors gave me prenatals only and said to wait.
Kindly check if we can conceive naturally with these profiles? Do my husband has big issue and need treatment?
