Trying To Conceive Early

Question

I really seek someone\'s help. 

I got married a month ago and we both are trying to conceive as early as possible. I have been diagnosed with an increased Insulin level in my immunology report 3 months before my marriage. 
(Haven\'t taken any medicine for that) 
I will drop my ultra sound reports also.
I visited a doctor in this regards and told her about my issues. I experienced pain during and after intercourse with a burning sensation in my internal area that lasts about 15-20min afterwards. 

She has prescribed me Pregna essential, lezra-Excel 2.5mg during 2nd day to 5day of periods and glucophage 500mg(to control insulin level) and one more medicine for body pain. 

She Haven\'t asked me for any tests after studying my 3months old reports. 

Can I conceive with all these prescribed medicines? 

Can I take pregna essentials and glucophage if I get my periods this month? 

Do we(me and my husband) needs any tests to know about fertility level of our cells? Is it necessa

First of all you need to control your diabetes and then try to conceive under wathful eye of a good obstetrician.

please post ur recent serum sugar levels,specially fasting,,if controlled then u can conceive,
ur lower abdominal pain or itching n burning sensation may b due to uti n fungal infection due to deranged suger levels,,so also treat them after utine complete examination n per vaginal examination for any fungal discharge,consult ur gynaecologist for that
