Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Convieve With Endometriosis

salam my wife has endometriotic cyst bilaterally 3cm on rt and 6cm on lt. we have been trying to conceive for 4 months now. a gynaecologist prescribed danazol 200mg bd. but we are skeptical about the side effects . is there any alternative medicine like cocp of good brand that is comparatively safer and effective.

Aoa suggestion is u should contact good fertility clinic coz danazol Tablets will not help in conception and 6 cm endometrioma should be surgically treated as it will not reduce by medicines. So better she has laparoscopy and management accordingly. Thanks

With this size of cyst laparoscopic surgery is recommended to remove it. Medicine will only reduce size till you are taking it. Size will increase after stopping the medicine.
